"We traveled by car for 4 hours and arrived an hour early. Our name was placed on a list was told maybe in 15 minutes we could go to our room. it never happened at 3 pm we got our room. Our fault bad timing. we could not use the rest room in the lobby because we didn't have our pass key. Desk clerk looked like she slept in her uniform. There was no complementary coffee or water available. No vending machines for beverages or munchies. The breakfast offered was a joke. the coffee station where the creamers were had caked on old smelly creamer incrusted on it. There was no fruit, no protein no cold cereal no bowls for the oatmeal were available. I kid you not, there were 4 spoons and six yogurts if you like yogurt. Just hard dry mini chocolate and blueberry muffins. no plain creamer and no napkins. At 5 pm I asked one of the maids where the ice machine was and she informed me that I had to make my own with the trays in freezer in my room not good when you are only there for a night. FYI they needed to defrost the freezer. No shuttle to the port no shuttle to the airport but we knew that from the beginning. there was one bench in the lobby and one bench outside not enough seating for amount of guest there. The elevator broke and both were down for several hours not good when you're on the top floor and pushing 70. We have used extended stays quite a bit, but after this stay, our worse stay, we will be looking for other options."

"The virtual staff were nice enough but I was not comfortable with the level of cleanliness of our room. I took the reservation because of the 9 & 10 star reviews and the affordable price but the hotel was not at all 9 & 10 stars. Was uncomfortably adequate. I would not stay there again."

"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"Don't use this facility. We had reservations that were disrupted by Delta's inability to get us to Fort Lauderdale. We tried our damndest to cancel the reservation before check-in, but to no avail. Then the Inn not only failed to refund our money but also charged us a cancellation fee. It wasn't our fault. Not good customer service at all."

"The only thing was our room was across from elevator so kind of loud with people constantly in and out . Loud on the street with cars and loud music . But it was spring break on las Olas . Hotel is beautiful. 2 free drink cards . Would definitely return "
