"The customer service front desk, shuttle driver, breakfast crew and bar/restaurant staff stood out. They were all very attentive and helpful. The room was really clean and hot showers. Location is perfect for going to Mall of America. The hotel offers a shuttle to the mall. The hotel was great!! The only thing to let everyone know about the area is always be cautious and aware of your surroundings if you ride on the blue line train. There were some rough characters on all rides."
