"First impressions of the villa on arrival were good, although the local taxi drivers found it difficult to find as it's on a road with no name so not a proper address. The villa is in a small cul de sac with 6 other villas, pretty setting and sea views from the bedrooms and roof terrace. The pool was very cold which we kind of expected from previous reviews, so we didn't really use it. Location from the harbour is around 15 minute walk so ok for local restaurants and a few shops, but that's all there is in Latchi. The bus service into Polis was a bit unreliable, and bus stops very far apart. Polis bus station is ok to get to other parts of the island for a cost of 6 euro for a day ticket so good value. The villa was clean and had everything we needed, was surprised to find it was an ex Villa Plus property.After a few days the kitchen was over run with ants, in the cupboards over the cooker hob, everywhere, had to through a lot of bread etc., away. There is a water heater switch on the 2nd floor but if you forget to set it you won't have hot water. One of the shower heads was broken and fell off, we rang the number left in the villa and to be fair someone came within 10 minutes and a new one was fitted the same day.Midway through our 2nd week we were victims of theft. As a party of 6 adults staying in the villa a significant amount of euros and bank cards and a driving license were stolen. While we were upstairs actually in the villa.Drones had been flying previously."

"The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is great. George and his father were very welcoming and tried to help us solve some issue we had with renting a car. We will be happy to stay at Eliofos again. "

Front desk and staff are at your call if needed and are very accommodating. Not only will they make your stay at the villa relaxing and pleasant but have tremendous insight into things to do around the increasingly popular, must-visit, Polis! The rooms were beyond great. Local mosaics in bathroom and around the room. Greeted with some fresh local fruit and wine to boot! The pool at the Center of the property boasts the Greek Cyclades vibe being surrounded by white properties with hints of blue. Further, the location is great with it being in a very friendly neighborhood and ideally located near many restaurants, bars, cafes, and attractions. We do not post many reviews but our stay here was impeccable and get that we had to drop a 5 star with regards to the staff and this newly modeled villa resort! Absolutely a must stay if visiting Polis, we will be back!"

"Great place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean and sits apart from nearby hotels and bars which make its a peaceful place to stay. The breakfast eggs were fresh and the coffee (which I judge all hotel breakfasts by was strong). I'd stay here again!"
