"- Der kleine Ort in den Bergen versprüht typisch sizilianisches Flair – enge Gassen, herzliche Menschen und eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Unterkunft selbst war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und das traditionelle Ambiente. Wer das echte Sizilien abseits des Massentourismus erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.- Lediglich das WLAN war in der Wohnung nicht empfangbar. "

"This hotel was gorgeous!! Perfect beach, like a dream. The upgraded room was beautiful and worth every cent. The only reason I am rating this slightly lower, is because 60% of the staff is SO rude. To start off positive- the morning breakfast staff were so kind and welcoming. The beach bar staff- SO great! Maybe 1 of the receptionists and room service, also kind. Besides for that- never in my life have I stayed at such a beautiful hotel with such unfriendly staff. Practically anytime we would try to kindly ask for help (a taxi reserved, reservation at dinner, to pay the bill at the hotel restaurant), we were met with an eye roll and unfriendly reply. Not sure if it’s a cultural difference but it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced this in Europe or Italy specifically- so worth noting!! Still the pros outweighed the cons and we had a great time once we changed our expectations of the level of service. <3"
