"This was our second stay at the hotel. in LV for the Muscle Car Races over the weekend. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, room was clean and well kept. (Drain in bathroom sink didn't drain well) We'll be back next year."

"We arrived to find a well-appointed, clean, and comfortable house that my husband and I, along with our cat and dog, would call "home" for six weeks while our actual home, located just 2 miles away, was being remodeled. We had no complaints and would go through Evolve to rent a short-term property again. The cost was fair and well worth the accommodation, in our opinion. The house is located close to the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is minimal traffic. The neighbors were all polite, friendly, and quiet. The pool was a lovely place to relax in the Las Vegas sun and the waterfall and palm trees made a nice, serene place to hang out, especially in the evenings. We would gladly recommend this property!"

"I did not notice how far it is from downtown, I did not rental a car so I opted to Uber which was a bit pricey given that it is far (did not bother me though, I prepared for this). However, if you are intending to be in a more quiet area then this is the place! There was a little hiccup checking in but Happy was absolutely lovely to communicate with and assisted very quickly. I did stay alone and so it was spacious enough for myself. Very clean and the backyard was beautiful! This is attached to the main house but I barely heard anyone else. I had a short stay but I would book again in the future. "
