I personally designed every detail of this 1900 square foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home to ensure that you and your guests thoroughly enjoy everything my home has to offer. Each bedroom has a luxurious feel that is decorated with a contemporary and modern style. The property features brand new furniture, high-quality, comfortable mattresses draped in soft, hotel quality and high thread count bedding. The entire home is fitted with plantation shutters to keep out the heat and light when you want to get some uninterrupted rest and relaxation. The home has been newly remodeled and has every upgrade you could ever want.
The spacious kitchen and bar area are ideal for cooking and entertaining. This property features a large kitchen full of natural light and plenty of seating. There will be no need to bring anything from home, as this kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, pots, pans, mixing bowls, dishwasher, microwave, both indoor and outdoor dishes, cooking and eating utensils. If you prefer to dine out, there are plenty of delivery options from excellent nearby restaurants or take a short drive down to The strip or downtown and experience some of the best restaurants and celebrity chefs in the world, of course reservations are always recommended.
The backyard has a great outdoor living and patio space with a sparkling 8-foot-deep pool. It is a private backyard that is the perfect place to swim, relax and fire up the easy-to-use propane barbeque to enjoy with your family and friends.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM, respecting the tranquility of our neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. If more guests arrive at the home than on the reservation or a party is being held, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. . We are ok with friends/family coming to visit you so long as its not an excessive amount of people. Send us a message to confirm please.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. If smoking evidence is found on the property we will have to charge a fee of $1000.00
Pets: We love to host your fur babies, please pick up if your pets potty in the yard. Please be mindful of your pet scratching/chewing any furniture. Pet Fees Apply.
Pool Rules:No children are allowed to be in the pool unsupervised. Swim at your own risk. Our outdoor pool is not gated, nor is it heated.
Vomit: For any vomit or other bodily fluids in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 or more. Please let us know if this occurs.
NO confetti or glitter allowed in or outside of the home. There will be an additional cleaning fee if you violate this policy of $100.
Children/Infants: Our property allows children and infants but we would like guests to know that the home is not baby proofed with baby gates, secured storage, outlet covers, a gate around the pool, etc. If you do choose to bring your children or infants, please keep a close eye on them, especially by the pool area.
Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that may disturb others.
Cleanliness: We take cleanliness seriously. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Dispose of trash in the provided bins and take care not to litter in common areas.
Guest Limit: The maximum occupancy for the property is 8 Guests(unless an event if occurring and approved by us). Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Amenities and Facilities: Enjoy all the amenities and facilities provided, but please use them responsibly and follow any posted rules. Children must be supervised while using pool facilities. We offer high speed internet, dedicated workspace, AC/heating, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash, Pool towels, Fully equipped kitchen, Outdoor Propane BBQ grill, Coffee/Tea station, flat screen TV's.
Security and Access: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. There are security cameras on the outside of the home in the front, and sides and NOT in the back yard.
Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property's contents during their stay.
Any damage or issues should be reported promptly.
Emergency Contact Information: In case of emergencies or urgent issues, contact 911 for life threatening injuries. Additionally please contact me.
Compliance with Local Laws: Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
Internet and Technology: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please use it responsibly and refrain from illegal activities.
Follow any specific guidelines or terms of use for the internet or smart devices in the property.
Missing or Broken items: If anything breaks please alert us. Any evidence of broken or missing items from the property, be it furniture, towels, linens, etc. is subject to an extra charge for replacement or to fix any damage.
Towels and Linens: Please take care of our towels and linens.
Feedback and Reviews: We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please let us know. Feel free to leave a review of your stay to help us improve our services. By adhering to these house rules, you'll ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests while maintaining the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the resort-style property.
Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
Guest initiated cancellations will not include refund for any credit card fees (4%) and there will be an additional cancellation fee for processing the cancelation not to exceed $300.
