Overall we were really impressed with signature but there were a couple of things that frustrated us. We checked in but didn’t have the best experience with costumer service.
Also, the tv in the bedroom did not work our whole first day. We called, they came in to turn it back on but by night time it was back off and again, customer service did not answer our calls ir
Provide assistance until the next afternoon. The maintenance man was friendly and finally explained there was a short and fixed it but it was a bit frustrating at first.
We really enjoyed the spacious rooms though, and the water pressure was great. Having utensils would be cool, but we get that it may be different due to Covid times.
Lastly the walking around can be a lot for some, considering more accessible means to get a round would be recommended especially since it’s a bit far from the strip.

I have stayed here a few times for my work trips. The front desk staff and security staff are always great. This visit though, I had some issues. I came back to the hotel one night and the front gate told me the valet was closed and I’d have to park off site and walk in which is a really long ways to walk. Eventually I was let in and found valet and they parked my car but only because I persisted. Then to my surprise, I was charged $1500 for room damages after I checked out! I am a traveling salesman who was there alone for work. I never touched the couch or ottoman in the hotel room they said I damaged. Those charges go on my company card and I have to answer to that. Now I am in a dispute with AMEX and MGM about the charges. After this stay there I am never going back. Terrible experience.

Thé hôtel us becoming a bit dated. There seems to be a charge for everything. Food is very expensive. You have to ask for pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Groceries are limited in the area.

Jean- Claude was so helpful with our check in. The room was well appointed. What took it from a five to a four star were band-aid wrapper and brown spots on the bathroom floor. It made me cautious about trusting the cleanliness or other elements. I would stay there again, the bed was comfortable. Please let sure to update guest information on both televisions to respect privacy. Thank you

Will never stay here again, they "closed" valet parking, made us park, then walk to and from the parking garage at the mgm grand, no late check out, and someone opened our room door, wasnt staff, good thing we had door latch locked

Having a suite instead of regular hotel room is really nice when staying more than 2 nights. The property was well maintained. The pool hot tub area was great. Valet parking friendly without bagging for tips.
Our only concern was the bed could have been more comfortable. I believe it’s time for an update

I like the cleanliness of this location, most of staff was very helpful. Returned to a freshly clean room after heading out early each morning. Definitely would stay at this location again!

Nice stay, other than carpet replacement going on our floor that wasn’t mentioned. Front desk comped us on resort fees which was nice of them. If it wasn’t for the carpet replacement and two nights with no wifi we loved the hotel

Nice hotel just a block or two off the strip. Had a great view of the Sphere from our balcony! Helpful staff. Short walk to the MGM grand and monorail. Would definitely stay there again.

Only thing I didn’t like is I ordered two rooms together and r were put in different towers. Luckily they got is in the same tower but different floor. Instructions on how to open the sliding door would have saved a lot of time.

Enjoyed the UPH (Penthouse) on the highest floor and corner suite, but it needs a bit upgrading and there was a horrible noise all day and all night coming from either the roof or something.
Would return again if we’re on a budget. No casino, 10 minute walk to MGM to gamble. Also, on our first night, valet was full and we had to park all the way at MGM (the original MGM) and walk late at night with 3 kids.
Staff is exceptional.

We enjoyed the location of this property .... near to everything right off the strip, but quiet. There is an enclosed walkway to the MGM Grand which was convenient. Our room on the 37th floor had a fabulous night view. We would definitely stay again!

Housekeeping was terrible. Missed cleaning altogether for one of the rooms s we booked. Overall bad experience. They did take care when we checked out by removing the resort fee but honestly would not go back to signature grouo

I was on the fence to stay here from other reviews, we stayed in tower 1 on the 8th floor. We had no issues the room was clean, spacious and the staff was very nice and helpful. We would difiantly stay again

I like that it felt safe since I was traveling alone. I like that it was connected to MGM, so I could walk back to my hotel late in the evening without going outside. I like that valet parking was included, so I didn’t have to worry about parking my car.
