Pest Control Notice
We have monthly pest control service that treats both the interior and exterior of the property. However, due to the desert environment in Las Vegas, insects and wildlife such as mosquitoes, spiders, red ants, and scorpions can occasionally appear.

While we take all reasonable precautions, their presence cannot be completely prevented. Guests acknowledge that encounters with insects or desert wildlife are possible and the property owner is not responsible for any bites or stings.

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance
Pool service is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday. For safety and proper maintenance, our pool technician may enter the backyard area only to clean and service the pool and hot tub.

We appreciate your understanding as this helps keep the water clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy

To ensure the home is properly cleaned and prepared for every guest, standard check-in and check-out times must be respected.

• Early Check-In: May be available upon request depending on cleaning and scheduling availability. A $100 per hour fee will apply for each hour prior to the standard check-in time.

• Late Check-Out: May also be available upon request depending on the next guest’s arrival and cleaning schedule. A $100 per hour fee will apply for each hour past the standard check-out time.

• Requests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.

Furniture Policy
Furniture must not be moved during your stay. If you require any furniture adjustments, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request. Unauthorized moving of furniture may result in an additional fee.
