Rural Living Near the Strip in Las Vegas
Located on an acre of a former horse ranch. Experience rural living but with the benefits of being centrally located near the airport, the strip, stores and more. After a day of out, or experiencing Vegas nightlife, relax in a cozy and cabinesque mid century desert ranch home. Open and spacious floorplan sleeps up to 4 guests. King size bed in room and sofa can be converted to queen sleeper bed. Basic amenities includes utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc and basic kitchen appliances.
This is an 1,100 sq. ft 2nd floor apartment, ADU, attached casita whatever you want to call it, that is above my former primary home. There is a private separate entry located in the front. When you enter, there is a grand entryway with stairs that leads to the entire apartment. Upstairs has high ceilings in the living room and bedroom. There is a working fireplace. I have installed an electric fireplace in its place which is wonderful to use during the winters. There is a small balcony located just off the living room. The bedroom is large with a king-size bed and dresser. It also has a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. You also have two parking spaces under the carport. Also note that this property is located on an acre of a former horse ranch. It has its own water well, which is pumped up and goes through a filtration system.
You will have access to the entire unit. Currently there is only outside access on the balcony or the front of the house. At a future date, there will be access to a private outdoor patio.

The neighborhood is surrounded by homes that are on 1/2 acre up to 2 acre parcels. Property is located on a former horse ranch and the neighborhood is zoned as rural, yet it's centrally located to all modern amenities.
Some nearby stores that are minutes away include Super Walmart, Sprouts, Dollar Tree, and Trader Joe's. Some nearby restaurants include Black Bear Diner, Top Sushi & Oyster(highly recommend), and Casa Di Amore.
