The house is newly remodeled from floor to ceiling with a plush and modern flair. It is very centrally location just 5 minutes from the the Strip, airport, convention center, stadiums and all the main attractions in Las Vegas.
Enjoy a soak in the ultra chic resort style pool. Enjoy a movie night or do a BBQ night with family or friends in your spacious shaded patio. Inside you'll enjoy a loaded game room complete with pool table, foosball, a claw machine, and a full sized 4 player arcade machine loaded with over 5,000 games. If you choose to go out for a night on the town, Las Vegas Strip, Downtown and all of the major Las Vegas attractions are just around the corner.

You'll have access to the whole house. We do use the garage and backyard shed as storage so those will be off limits but the rest of the house will be yours to use.

This is not a party house. No events. This is a very quiet and mature neighborhood and we ask that our guests respect the neighbors and keep the outside noise to a minimum. That being said, this peaceful and upscale retreat can be your escape from the real world.
