Entertainment away from the strip

A brilliant four nights at this little getaway. We had great access to grocery stores, the strip, and the university. We would stay here again without a second thought! In fact, we've already planned our next visit. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic house and location

Very comfortable place to stay! Plenty of space for 8 adults. The pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table were all put to good use. Lou was very responsive. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home, Great Location

We had a great stay! The home was very clean with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were lots of fun. We found it helpful to have the garage to park our car. Nice quiet Green Valley neighborhood. Lou was very responsive when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect and the neighborhood was clean and safe. We used the hot tub every night and although we weren’t able to use the pool, it was amazing. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect for stay in Vegas

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week with our dog. We loved it and I will look to stay here for future Vegas visits. The house is great, it is in a great location and still close enough to the strip and downtown when we went out. We also took advantage of all of the great restaurants, the mall and casinos that are close by the house. Definitely recommend!

Always something to do

Kids and grandkids came to visit. One day there was bad air quality so we just stayed inside and played pool. Love the trash compactor! Only suggestion would be a fan on the back patio for those of us that come when it's hot.

Family get together

We enjoyed it a lot but the kids and grandkids even more so. Plenty of things for all ages to keep them occupied. Pool table was a big hit for all. Really like the trash compactor. Haven't seen one in years and it really saved us from taking out the trash!

Great place to stay in the Vegas area/Henderson

Easy and seamless check in process…the same for check out. Nice, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoy visiting Vegas regularly but prefer to lodge away from the hustle and bustle along the Strip. The pool, putting green, pool table and arcade game were great additional amenities. Plenty of room for the 6 of us adults. The owner was extremely responsive and available for anything we may have needed. Fortunately we didn’t need to bother him because the amenities were all there and functional. Very satisfied with our stay!

Awesome house in quiet safe neighborhood

The house is on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Big clean house and an awesome back yard with pool and hot tub. Well stocked with just about everything you would need. Pool table, arcade game and large TVs. The pics online are very accurate. Lou, the owner was great also!

Wonderful property everything everyone would ever need.

Lou and team made an oasis in the middle of the desert. There’s a great amount of things to do at the house by itself. Then the level of access to everything that makes people want to go to Vegas are 20 mins or less from the location. Amazing

Amazing Property

We stayed at the house for my sister’s wedding. I The house was great and very entertaining and I’m am saying that without using the outdoor amenities because it was too cold during our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and Lou is the best host we have stayed with. He responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again when visiting my sister in Las Vegas.

Amazing

The house was perfect for our trip to Las Vegas. We were close enough to drive to the strip but then escape back to a nice quiet neighborhood. Lou is amazing and very responsive to any questions you may have. We loved the pool and the putting green as well as the pool table. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Las Vegas and would definitely stay again if we get back.

Nice neighborhood

Lou was awesome to work with. He was readily available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed all of the amenities this home offered. We didn't use the pool very much, but did enjoy sunbathing by it, watching the hummingbirds and quail. Lou's home is well stocked and we had everything we needed. The area is close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to the airport and strip.

20mins to "The Strip"

Location quiet and easy. Backyard as advertised...lots to enjoy. Billiards, gaming, smart TVs everywhere. Serviceable kitchen for all but the chefs in the family. Good coffee machines...more than one. 3 bedrooms all work as designed. And garage parking. A good stay near Vegas but not IN downtown.

AMAZING HOUSE TO STAY AT!!!!!!

The pictures tell the true story about how beautiful Lou’s house is…exactly as it is detailed!! The house was a dream to stay at with ZERO problems! Lou was always willing to help if we needed anything! The house is perfectly clean along with the yard and pool and putting green!! The kitchen has everything to cook whatever you want!The beds were SOOOO COMFORTABLE that we bought the same bed in the Master room when we left! We stayed for 8 nights and we were all VERY SAD to leave! We will DEFINITELY be staying with Lou again in his beautiful house! THANK YOU LOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT HOUSE! Absolute Perfection Indeed ;)

This was the perfect home for our large family to enjoy together. It is truly beautiful, and the owner’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated: it is well stocked (kitchen supplies, towels/linens, coffee/tea/cream/sweeteners) with little labels everywhere so you can easily find everything! Could barely pry our kids from the pool & jacuzzi long enough to eat, tho I did catch them enjoying the putting green, pool table and arcade game occasionally ;) There are smart TVs in every room (but the kitchen & bathrooms lol) yet it was wonderful to witness the kids having too much fun otherwise to even wanna watch. They literally played until they passed out. The owner was very attentive/immediately answered any question I had. All experiences should be this amazing…

Perfect location for our Las Vegas trip

We chose Lou's property for our first time to Las Vegas due to the great facilities and reading the previous reviews - and we were not disappointed, it was even better than our already high expectations! The house is lovely and has everything you need - along with the swimming pool, hot tub, the putting green and the pool table...all fabulous and great fun! The house is in a great location - a nice quiet neighbourhood when you want to chill out and only about 10-15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas strip and airport. We pre-hired a car for the 10 days we were there, which was handy for pottering around Henderson etc but its really not essential; the Ubers are fantastic and very reasonable to the strip, it wasn't worth driving in. Comms with Lou were fantastic throughout, he made sure that everything was perfect. We would thoroughly recommend Lou' s property if you want a rental property with fantastic facilities, and its the best of all worlds - very close to everything that Las Vegas has to offer but away from it when you want to relax. Many thanks Lou!
