    Good size bedroom with walk in closet and good size bathroom with large tub/shower.
    Beautiful open kitchen with gas stove and all stainless steel appliances including a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
    This gated community is in the top school district, has incredible amenities, pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq area, and club house. Very conveniently located near lots of shopping, great restaurants, and Costco all nearby. Incredible walking and bike parks, golf courses and much more all nearby. Best suited for extended stays, working professionals, company staff housing needs, extended stay travelers, new residents moving to Nevada, and even for long-term residents.
