4 BED HOUSE 15 MINUTES FROM LAS VEGAS STRIP

  • All four bedrooms have a queen sized bed, dresser, and tv. All televisions have smart tv capabilities and are signed into Hulu Live which has about 45 live channels and the whole Hulu library. You can also sign into your own accounts like Netflix and Disney+. The dining table seats six people. There are cups, bowls, plates, eating utensils, and all sorts of cookware like pots, pans, crockpot, etc. There is a smart lock on the front door that makes check in very simple. Every guests gets a new code to open the door and can check in on their own after check in time. The property is about a 15 minute drive the the Strip. Each bathroom with a shower has body soap, conditioner, and shampoo provided.

The house is huge and well stocked. Some areas are dusty like baseboards and blinds but the areas that mattered: kitchen, bath, and living areas were fine. The only negative was that the clean towels were all damp so we had to run them through the dryer again, but overall an excellent property. It was easy to drive to, quiet and comfortable. I would book this property again if I have the same travel needs.

This property was within 5 miles of Nellis AFB which is what we wanted. It is very spacious inside with four bedrooms. If and when we go we will stay again. It is located about 25 minutes to downtown Las Vegas but we don't plan on a trip there.

We loved it here! Very spacious. Kids up stairs and a secluded suite downstairs. TVs everywhere. Very close to shopping centers including Neighborhood Walmart, cvs, lows, Sam club, five guys, etc. Host was attentive, responds fast. We really enjoyed ourselves!

No problem with anything, the location from the strip was great. Prices in the area was normal and visitors' prices. Very nice area, street noise first thing in the AM if I need a place on my next visit to Vegas, I will keep this place on my list. It worked out great with my family.

Great House for large group

Amazing Stay for Our Group of 10!We had an incredible time at this house in Las Vegas! We rented it for a group of 10, and it was the perfect size for all of us. The house was spacious, and had plenty of parking. Every room was well-appointed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The common areas were especially great for hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, and we loved the large kitchen for cooking meals together.The host was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.We can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a group getaway to Vegas. It was the perfect spot for making lasting memories, and we will definitely be back!
