This was close to a major grocery chain, and only 20 minutes from the venue where I was a vendor, so pretty convenient for a reasonable rate

Perfect cozy option

I needed an economical place to stay for a few nights. This was a clean, simple, easy to access place to stay. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice to have the option. Great to have parking.

A nice place to stay away from city center

We enjoyed the nice little studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the brief time we spent in the Las Vegas area.

Nice Local Neighborhood Spot

My partner and I were able to stay in this humble homemade apartment for 5 days and it had everything we needed. It's located in a remodeled garage attached to a home. The grocery store isn't far, and neither are the local attractions! Great stay for good travelers.

Nice studio - very comfy and warm

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice and quaint but had everything we needed. Kitchen, fridge/freezer, nice comfortable bed and streaming services on the tv. Comfortable couch. Would highly recommend!

Its just a garage, which a little suprising but what was more suprising was what they were able to do with the space. It was comfortable, spacious, and a great value!

Lovely Stay

The host was very pleasant and quickly delivered requested items. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The kitchen was nicely eqipped to cook and the shower is much larger than pictured! Its about 15min from freemont st and fast food is near. I felt safe and I would stay again! Thank you!!

Comfortable and quiet

We really liked being away from the noise and lights of The Strip and the Fremont Experience. Had we been staying longer, we would have taken advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and it was great to have a good sleep after long days out. We will definitely book this again should we come back to this area, and we will recommend this to others.

Very clean VRBO

We stayed at Mauricio's property in March 2024 and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean at our arrival and Mauricio's instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The apartment was well prepared for our arrival. Our only constructive feedback would be to add a few additional cooking tools (pans, second cutting board) and a hood fan (smoke alarm kept activating while cooking).

It was a nice space. A rug in the living room would have been really nice. And there were no windows which was not advertised so there is no natural light which was the biggest issue for us. There was also a dog in the backyard which barked anytime he could sense us around which got really annoying when we were trying to sleep some nights.

A mostly good getaway

Although the property is the perfect size and layout for a romantic getaway, there were two things that were really standing out as a nuisance. First, there were tiny ant-like bugs that jump when you try to squish them. They were mostly in the bathroom, but there were also some in the bedroom and bedroom closet. They ended up on our dirty clothes, and up on top of the bed. The second nuisance was the toilet. Everytime you flush the toilet, the pipes rattle and there's a sound like it's trying to backup into the tub. If not for those two issues, I would have given five stars. The host is nice! Oh and one more thing, the bed pillows were totally flat and not comfortable. If these issues were addressed, we would definitely come back again.

Tranquil atmosphere

My husband and our pups made a road trip to Las Vegas from Portland OR. Our trip made a turn for the worst when we ended up in a spot that was falsely advertised. We ran across this spot Sunrise Manor and made a reservation and spoke to the property manager which made life so easy, communication was great and the spot was absolutely perfect for all of us. The property manager worked with us and our needs which made the stay here effortless and carefree like a real vacation. We would recommend this spot to our most dearest loved ones and will definitely be our number one choice for next time.

Absolutely Awesome

The pictures do not do this place justice. My husband our pups and I stayed here. It was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, parking and communication was easy and all the amenities added to this wonderful stay. We will absolutely rent this awesome space again.

Great intimate space, close enough to everything!

What a great location. We were within 20-30 minutes of great adventures but far enough away to relax. The host had coffee, sugar, and creamer. Bottled water and Coke also. It was so nice to get there and not need anything right away. We would totally stay again!!
