We enjoyed this beautiful mid-century modern home located 5 minutes from the Las Vegas convention center. The beds were comfortable, the baths sparkling clean and the kitchen was outfitted with coffee to get us going in the mornings. The neighborhood was updated and quiet. We wish it had been warmer so we could take a dip in the pool.

Staying here was a pleasure. The kitchen, bedding, blankets and supplies were well stocked. Quite, clean, and well maintained. We will book here again! Easy to communicate with the property manager and we received a personal phone call upon arriving, making sure we were satisfied and settled into the house. We highly recommend you consider this property while staying in Las Vegas.

The house is an absolute beauty! The description is accurate and in reality it is even better! In the kitchen, coffee pods and tea bags were available; there are basic items like oil, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, etc. There is plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans, and everything is very clean. Europeans will also appreciate the USB ports in the sockets. The air conditioning keeps it nice and cool inside (we were here in July 2026 while it was over 40C outside). The neighborhood feels very safe, the internet is super fast, and the pool was very clean. The owner was very helpful and communicative: there was clear communication during booking and a quick response to our questions; before our arrival, we received clear check-in instructions and guidelines regarding parking, house rules, etc. During the stay itself, our questions were also answered quickly and clearly. Upon departure, we received a handy check-out checklist. We broke one glass during our stay and reported this; we were not charged for this.I would book this property again in a heartbeat.
