Very modern, The amenities includes Fully equipped kitchen, TV, Free Basic Wi-Fi, pool, hot tub, gym, laptop friendly workspace, a doorman and more. Families welcome.

No Resort fees means no daily housekeeping services, any extra items such as towels has to be purchased by guests.

Nice space, mini fridge was stuck (door slanted), floors were stained, space was not dusted. I checked out the same day I checked in. I was in an accident and requested date changes 48hours before my check in process. My request was denied by owner. Communication was great with the owners assistant, Valerie. However, the owner’s communication was extremely poor. The property offers valet parking, and the check in process was smooth. Receptionist were very polite. I’d recommend the space as a long term option. Otherwise, I’d avoid this stay for any short term option.

Clean spot, walking distance to strip; even with the casino and hotel closed, the property was comfortable. May have issues with lack of air flow due to property closing balconies; no food service or room service, so bring food and prepare to clean your area before you leave. All good, likely to book again!

Very nice location at Palms Place and great room. Everything is in great working condition, very trendy and modern, and parking is easy to access as well. There is some construction going on around the parking garage, but zero impact to guests at all. 100% will stay again. May even consider purchasing a place in this building myself.

More hotel room than appartment

When we booked this unit we thought that it is a private apartment. This is indeed the case when you consider that it is owned by a private person. However, the type of accommodation is more or less the same than a hotel room. Only exception: the integrated kitchen. Although there is the option to prepare private meals, there are not sufficient seating options (2) for having meals together (we were 3). The refrigerator is somewhat strange with no place for beverages or larger items. However, there is a (locked) minibar in the unit (another similarity with a hotel room). When we arrived, the jacuzzi style bathtub was unfunctional due to a broken stopper. It took quite a while until the maintenance repaired it because they had first to ask the owner. Finally, the worst thing, the WIFI: the connection was bad, slow, and unstable. The maintenance was not able to fix it. This was really annoying because we were depending on it. The apartment was clean. The unit is close to the vibrating part of Las Vegas.
