The home features six bedrooms total, including the detached casita. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, three queen beds, a futon, and a sofa bed.

All six bedrooms feature smart TVs, including the detached casita, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Las Vegas.

The home also offers five bathrooms, including showers and a jetted bathtub, providing plenty of convenience for larger groups.

Detached Casita

The detached casita is one of the home’s six bedrooms and offers guests a comfortable private space separate from the main house.

The daybed provides additional sleeping space for guests. The bonus room can be used as an additional bedroom and/or an entertainment and gathering area, giving larger groups the flexibility to use the space according to their needs

HOUSE RULES

No Parties:
This is not a party house. Please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or unauthorized events are permitted on the property.

Pets:
Two small pet is allowed with prior approval from the host and a pet fee. The pet must not use the bathroom anywhere on the property. Pets must use the dog park located across the street. Failure to comply will result in a $1,000 penalty. Guests must notify the host in advance if bringing a pet.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the property. A $1,500 penalty will apply for smoking.

Keys and Remotes:
Lost keys or remotes will result in a $250 replacement fee per lost lock or remote.

Carpet:
No shoes are permitted on the carpet. If the carpet is stained or requires additional cleaning due to the guest’s stay, the guest will be responsible for the applicable cleaning costs.

Utilities:
An additional $1500 utility reserve is required every 30 days, prior to the start of each 30-day period.

The host will cover up to the following amounts per 30-day period:

* Gas: $20
* Electricity: $50
* Water: $20

Any utility costs exceeding the applicable allowances will be deducted from the $1500 utility reserve, and the guest is responsible for all such utility overages.

Copies of the utility bills will be provided to the guest for transparency and recordkeeping. If the utility reserve is used during the 30-day period, the guest will be required to replenish the reserve to $1500 before the next 30-day period begins.

Any unused portion of the $1500 utility reserve will be refunded to the guest at the end of the guest’s stay.

Check-Out:
Upon check-out, guests are required to turn off all lights and gas appliances, close all water faucets, and ensure that all doors are locked.

If lights, gas appliances, or water faucets are left running after check-out and this results in additional or excessive utility usage, the guest will be responsible for the actual cost of the additional utility usage. Any applicable charges may be deducted from the utility reserve.
