Awesome House

This was my second time staying here so it must be good. I love this house because is very spacious and is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Casinos are nearby and it doesn't cost a lot to catch a cab or an Uber to the Strip, Downtown, or the Airport.

Perfect place

The house was clean, neighborhood was quiet and close to a grocery store. Easy to get to back and forth to the Strip and airport. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Fantastic

Our family had a fantastic time here. With two young children the security screens made us feel incredibly safe. The home was clean and spacious which made it a perfect place to relax after a lo g day of being out.

Amazing Stay

We loved this home rental which was near restaurants and a few minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The host was accommodating and the house was cozy. I highly recommend this rental and will rebook in the near future.

A few glitches

No overhead lights in bedrooms, only small table lamp in each one; first sink in master bath has very inconsistent hot water; light in bedroom hallway continues blinking when turned off, kitchen faucet sprays water, one burner on stove doesn't work. Only one full size glass and one half size glass in kitchen--others are all drink glasses. Only toiletries in bathrooms is men's 3-in-1 soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Home had most of the amenities and very clean. Traffic cones set after the flood made it hard to navigate to the location.

Our stay from November 9–11, 2024, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making this trip truly memorable for our group of seven adults. What We Loved: Spotless Cleanliness: The property was immaculate upon arrival, and the attention to detail was impressive. The cleaning fee was well worth it for the level of care provided. Seamless Check-in and Check-out: The process was smooth and stress-free, with clear instructions that made everything effortless. Perfect Location: The home was ideally situated for our plans, and it felt like the perfect retreat after a busy day. Comfortable and Well-Equipped: The amenities were excellent, and every space felt thoughtfully prepared. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Value for Money: The pricing was very reasonable, and the overall experience was worth every penny. The comfort, cleanliness, and convenience far exceeded our expectations. Suggestions: Honestly, everything was spot on! If anything, a few extra kitchen items would have been helpful, but this didn’t detract from our wonderful stay. Awesome House

This house was a great place to stay, the location was ideal for me, there are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. House was spacious. I enjoyed the master bedroom, had a bathroom to myself, bathroom and shower were great. Anyone who stayed in a room said their beds were comfortable. My sister fell asleep on one of the bean bag chairs. I am not sure what items or how many of certain items the owners of the house are responsible for providing. We only had a couple of toilet paper rolls and 4 garbage bags. I stayed there for 9 nights and mid-week I had to purchase more of these items. An amenity listed is a BBQ grill, they had one, but it didn't have any propane. We went and refilled the tank so we could have a BBQ. There was a couple of pots and pans, enough to make something, for a couple of people, but there wasn't a big pot. There were only two small kids' plates, so I bought me a stack of paper plates for the week. I bought canned foods and there wasn't a can opener, I bought one and left it there for future renters. Again, pots and pans were available, but no cooking oil, so I bought some and left it. I couldn't figure out the T.V. situation, I tried the cable and nothing. My friend tried the Xbox and we couldn't log in. I ended up using my laptop and plugged in to the tv, internet is fast enough to provide streaming. It was just a couple of little things that I needed that wasn't provided, but this house is well worth it. I would definitely recommend this house.
