We asked for 2 queens and got 2 doubles, I even asked again at the front desk and she confirmed that. Bed was too small for 2 adults and not comfy at all. It was very clean though

In their defense there was appropriate renovations taking place. It was quiet and comfortable. I was not a fan of the smell of their cleaning supplies and there were consistent patrons that smoked outside the front door so having a designated outdoor smoking area that does not affect the rest of the population would be helpful. I prefer to keep my own room tidy during my stay and place the “do not disturb” sign on the door but it was ignored while I was out and the room was entered….that was probably the thing that bummed me out most but overall a pleasant stay.

Happy Customer
Check in was quick and easy, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Room was cozy, clean and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and I really enjoyed the apple cinnamon batter to make a waffle. Overall no complaints and I would stay here again. Oh and it is pretty far from the strip but plenty of food options nearby.

We stayed 5 days. The pool was immaculant!!! I don't think i have ever seen an outdoor pool so crystal clean!!!! The door to the pool was fine as long as you lifted up, otherwise due to the sagging the latch would stick hard. Staff member smiled and greeted us. They seemed genuine. When i asked for anyhing each was obliging. The breakfasts were tasty with varieties of choices and hot coffee all day. Some sweets on dfferent days. Holloween decorations as soon as you entered. I understand each facility makes their choices on decorations but we had just come from another hampton inn and suites in Arizona the night before with a pool and hot tub indoor. Each place definately have their perks to enjoy. We were happy with both stays as we drove from east side of new mexico through arizona to Las Vegas to get married and stay for 3 days of NHRA racing. My husband worked several years for Ford and as a mechanic for many years never seeing the races Live we had to make it. A long time friend of his lived in vegas about 15 years ago for about 10 years. He would never had left were it not for his family. He and one of my sons joined us to share our day. Thank goodness for the friend we may not have gotten my boy. Thats another review for something else.... Maybe it was my mindset or maybe the people and places were incredible. We'll find out next year when we go back for anniversary and races! So someone from Hamptons Las Vegas/Speedway email, call or text me. or i will be in touch. TIA

Only complaint is the water temperature in the shower did not get too warm even with the knob all the way on hot. Otherwise, it was a great economical stay off the strip.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They are however going to go through a much needed renovation in November 2023. Carpets worn, refrigerator didn't work, finishes are worn in several places.

It’s very dated and in need of renovations to compete with other hotels. The walls/ doors have scratches on them and the curtains had small tears/ holes in them.

NO Tub--Disappointed!
Where's the Bath Tub??? Not everyone likes a shower---some of us need a bath tub to soak in after a long day of travel!!!!

Property is in a good location. I want to see the room carpet cleaned please. Also, it would be nice to have more variety for breakfast. the premade omlettes are not good

I had a pleasant stay. My only concern was that the hot water for bathing was just about gone by 8am so I found myself waking up super early to shower and get some hot water which was a little annoying but overall a good experience

Along with several otner guests we got to the hotel 30 minutes before check-in time. All of us were asked to wait or return later. We left for the 30 minutes. When we got back no rooms were clean and ready. We were asked to wait an additional 20 minites for our room. We waited and got the 4th room available. My wife suffers from a brain tumor so the wait was difficult and painful for her. The room was beautiful comfortable, clean and the staff was great.
