Gorgeous House private Pool& Spa 10 sleeps, 8min to Strip


Beautiful 4bedroom house with brand new (2/2023) PRIVATE Pool and Spa, patio , BBQ area, kids area, 2 car garage, washer dryer , full kitchen, table for 8 in kitchen, 2 65’ smart TVs , one king bed , 3 queen . Perfect location 8min to Las Vegas Blvd , 8 min to new Raiders stadium , safe and calm neighborhood . You can use spa and pool 24/7 but Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, respect neighbors!!
This is not party house, please no locals. (No baby showers, bday’s..)
House is prepared for 10ppl and that is maximum .
Close to shopping , restaurants and groceries stores
If you want have pool heated please let me know at least day in advance , fee for heating a pool is 150$ winter time, 100$ summer time per day.

Property have 2 security cameras(one is for driveway front of the house and one is on a side of the house for pool equipment)

Nice place to stay

Stayed here with my family for a few days. We enjoyed not being on the strip, but still close enough to check out a few attractions. The house is in a nice neighborhood that had convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed family time swimming and was glad we opted to have the pool heated.

Fabulous Stay in Las Vegas!We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property! The house was wonderful—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had all the amenities you could possibly want or need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a great outdoor space.The location was perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Vegas trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!Host was wonderful and helpful and super fast to respond and when our flight was delayed super flexible with us!

Great property for a girls trip to Vegas! Loved the private pool in the backyard when we needed a break from the strip! Definitely took approximately 20 minutes to get to the strip because of road construction but still worth it! We had an amazing time!

We had a great trip. The house is so comfortable with an amazing outdoor space. Easy access to most things. We hiked at Lone Mountain-highly recommended. We went to a concert on the strip, which was an easy drive. We spent a lot of rime just relaxing poolside.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The property is located near a shopping center, downtown Vegas and the Strip. We used Uber the whole time and found it very affordable. No stress driving. The house was clean and the host very reachable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Sabina was awesome! Her attention and willingness to accommodate me in whatever way possible was awesome. She gave me my additional service options and upfront costs which is very important to me when communicating. Her response time was very reasonable and I will definitely be booking again. We had a party of 10 adults and came in from Sacramento and Los Angeles! I would definitely recommend this home!

Friends gathering in Vegas

The property was exactly what we we’re hoping for. There were 9 of us total and we felt like we had everything we needed for our trip to Vegas. A grill, a good sized pool, and all of the small things that might’ve slipped our minds - pool towels, sunscreen, etc. The host was responsive and helpful with answering questions. Overall it was a great space.

Easy turn key place to meet and relax in Vegas with family

Overall we had a good experience at this home - four full bedrooms and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. The pool and hot tub were especially fun and we spent lots of time in both. The house is located right in between the Strip and the Red Rock area which was nice since we could quickly get to both for various activities. The house was also very comfortable for our two pups and the property owner/manager was quick to respond to my requests. Our only constructive comments are that it lacked places to put things in the bedrooms (like a bureau or shelving) and hangers. We also had trouble with the hot water in the showers but we are not sure if it was user error or something else. Overall it was great - just a few things that could use some attention.

What a beautiful gem in the valley. Perfect spot that’s about 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the strip. Pool feels GREAT with the temps are above 100, room for 10 to sleep, eat, laugh and enjoy their time together.

The house needs a few repairs and fresh paint but we were certainly comfortable. The pool is lovely.(Fan remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.)

10/10 Recommend. House is in a nice area, the backyard backs up to a high school. Even being across from the HS it is quiet and peaceful in the back yard. House is beautiful as advertised. Beds are comfortable. The hot tub was so nice in the cool temperatures. There are even towels and sunscreen by the doors that lead out to the backyard. This house is a perfect stay while in Vegas if you want a more relaxed place to stay away from the strip. Airport and the strip are a 25 min drive with traffic but everything is easy to get to.
