Just as described, clean and close to everything

The house was just as described, with plenty of space and supplies. The furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked, with even some complementary drinks and snacks. The showers were very upscale. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Wonderful stay

Mr.Miller was a wonderful host. Smooth check in process even let us check in a little early due to our flight getting in early that morning and we were tired. Will definitely book again with Mr. Miller if we have another big family trip. Love the house, just as it was pictured.

Everything was great!

Exactly What We Needed!

Everything from booking to check out went smoothly. The location is a very comfortable distance from the strip, and very convenient to the airport. The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. We would love to stay here again if we return to Las Vegas.

The CAE training facility is 5 minutes away and Sunset Park across the street is great to get out and walk/run. Good food options all around. House is clean and comfortable.

Executive Chic Corporate Housing

We enjoyed our 7 days in the Executive Chic Corporate house. The property was clean and matched the description. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the master bed room has a spa feel. Towels were thick and absorbent. There is a working gas fireplace which we used to relax in the evenings. I highly recommend the property.

Great Location & Stay!

Great stay in Vegas! Only 15 mins to everything - FYI I own several short term rentals across the US so I have a bit of a different perspective of things. This host took great care of us. Well stocked, very clean, great communication, peaceful and comfortable. Definitely suggest for family or someone looking for low key place in great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Easy and peaceful retreat

We came to Vegas to check out the Sphere and explore the Vegas area. The house was even better than I had imagined and I loved the tub in the main bathroom (took a bath almost every day-thanks for the epsom salts). The only tiny complaint was the batteries in the tv remotes needed replacing.

Another great stay!

We rent this house every year for a convention and it is fantastic. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the strip. Everything is newer and up-to-date. It has a backyard with a patio to sit out and enjoy morning coffee before heading off for the day. My employees enjoy it because they have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Carlington is a great host. He always responds quickly any time I message him. We will definitely be back again next year. Thanks Carlington.

Las Vegas Stay

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Grocery store not even a 2 minute drive away. We took advantage of using the BBQ grill in the backyard, it worked great! The house was immaculatly clean. High quality kitchenware and supplies (bedding, towels.) And everything was very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Felt safe. Carlington was always quick to answer. The showers were amazing. Everything was very technical. We would 110% stay here again. It was above and beyond our expectations.

Home Away From Home

My Family and I really enjoyed this property. We stayed there for a full week and it was really comfortable and a perfect location that wasn’t too far from the strip of LV. It is a very quiet neighborhood which reminded us of home. Love the lock system on the door. Didn’t have to worry about a key. Love that there aren’t any carpets in the house. Makes it easier for families with children. The bathrooms and showers were simply amazing with the showers as a highlight. I really have 0 complaints about this property and would stay here again. Great place to stay for short and extended stays. Thanks Carl and Taryn for being great and accommodating hosts!

Noisy Location

The house was clean but not equipped to meet my expectations. We had a family of 6 staying and there was just enough table service for each meal. We had to run the dishwasher every time. Plenty of towels. A very noisy location with the traffic behind the house and 6 lanes of traffic 24/7. Dog crap on the front lawn when we arrived. No contact from the owner welcoming us or checking in with us by text/email. Not as welcoming as other locations.

Great House !!!

We had the most incredible stay at this property, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was absolutely delightful. First and foremost, the house itself is a true gem. It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and filled with all the amenities one could wish for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is commendable, and it's evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining this lovely property. The location is perfect - tucked away in a peaceful and scenic neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore during our stay. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area, especially when relaxing on the spacious patio with a view that can only be described as breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and sunset from there was a highlight of our trip. The host was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. From the moment we booked, they provided us with all the information we needed and promptly answered any questions we had.
