A wonderful getaway.

This is a must place to stay near the Hoover Dam. Close to so many hiking trails and the downtown area is within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway (single or couple)

Perfect location

Walkable to lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Lake Mead National Park, the Hoover Dam, and Las Vegas. Quiet and clean…we loved it and would definitely choose to stay here again!!

Wonderful place, very private and amazing little Main Street that is a 3 minute walk from the property. We wish we had stayed an extra night but had reservations elsewhere. Great host and communicated well pre-check in and even gave us a few tips about the area.

Perfect for short getaway.

Small private ensuite with mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Extremely comfortable bed. Unit very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We stayed here to be close to the Vegas airport as we had an early flight back to Canada. The location was perfect. Just 20 mins to the Hoover damn and less than 30 minutes to the airport. We only had a 5 minute walk to downtown where there was lots to choose from for food and beverages.

Just like home!

Just as described, walking distance from downtown area with plenty restaurants to choose from. Friendly and perfect communication from the property owner. Wish we would have been there longer.

Could not have been better. Across every criteria, it ranks with all the great VRBO places I have been to (over 100) in the top 5. It rivals any lkq places in my home town (Maui) as well. Will be back if nothing else to enjoy for at least 2-3 days.

Great area to explore!

We really enjoyed our stay! Grace was so helpful. We loved the unit. It was very clean and quiet. So close to the downtown are of Boulder City with some great spots to eat. We used it as a base to to explore the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Highly recommend!

Great Time at Boulder City

We really enjoyed staying at this property even though we were there for a few hours. The property was well maintained, the manager was helpful and friendly. The property was near the Hoover Dam. At night, there was no noise and we slept comfortably.

Excellent location and host!

Grace was a pleasure to work with and was very welcoming to my best friend and me. The house is close enough to the main street in Boulder City that we could walk to many of the local shops and restaurants. The home was clean and quiet, which was exactly what we two mommas were looking for on our trip. Highly recommend the host, house, and town!

Perfect little get away house

This room had everything I needed for a quiet resting place while I was in town for a wedding. Excellent location -- just a quick walk to the cutest street in Boulder City. My only feedback would be to let guests know how to turn off the outside lights at night, or put them on a timer, as it was a bit bright for me.
