When a perfect ‘gem of a place!’

This house was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, beautiful and located in the middle of everything!! The host was amazing and accommodating. Great communication even in the middle of the night. Thank you for a very memorable stay!!

My Mom, brother and I stayed at this great home for the month of September. The house was roomy. The location was perfect. 10-15 minutes from Southpoint and Green Valley. It worked well for us. Loved it!!!

Great place for a family to stay

We were visiting town for the week and found this very reasonably priced house. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and easily accesible to downtown Vegas and the surrounding area. Definitely would book again.

Great house!

Great location! House was huge with lots of extras in the kitchen. Definitely needs some maintenance for a handful of things, but the owner was amazing at communication and taking care of things. Would recommend staying there.

Lovely home

Stayed here whilst visiting Vegas for the rugby league event and a wedding. The home was lovely, there was a little work being carried to the outside of the property at the time we stayed but the workmen were very courteous.

Great location but many issues with residence

This has been the second booking I made that the owner had a hot tub that was not working when we arrived, there were many issues with this property as well, many times in the kitchen and living room, refrigerator ice dispenser did not give ice, but clog up numerous times, microwave did not rotate and make loud noises, both showers were very slippery, vent screens were very dirty

Las Vegas 2019

Quiet location and friendly neighbors. Ideal to relax and recover. Cozy furnished, we would book again anytime. The hot tub was unfortunately broken. But that was no problem with the temperatures in June. Small drawback, a little bit of dishes for the number of people, but a dishwasher is available. All major shops nearby.
