Elegant and modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Las Vegas. It is in a gated community just minutes from the strip, major freeways, shopping centers, and restaurants.

This private condo unit will be furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom. It has a great sized walk-in closet. The living room will have a sofa bed, 55 inch flat screen tv with Roku, and chairs perfect to lounge in and accommodate an additional 2 person sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer could also be accessed right in the unit which is located next to the kitchen. Kitchen essentials provided.

Gated Community with amenities that include the use of the pool, spa, fitness center, and bbq area. Shopping centers and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk. The strip and major freeways are a 10-15 minute drive. One designated covered parking at no charge.

This unit will be on the 2nd floor. Do not book if you are unable to carry your belongings up a flight of stairs as there are no elevators available. Please be mindful of adjacent neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum especially between 9 pm
- 7 am.

I will be glad to answer any questions- important: if you use my space to bring more guest than the number you disclosed I will charge 60 dollars extra per night per unregistered guest- so please be honest, and never bring other visitors other than the persons we previously agreed. This unit is a 4 person maximum occupancy ONLY.
