Excellent experience for our first time

Our first time booking a stay with Vrbo and it was a great experience. The communication with the property manager was great, apartment was very clean, check in was easy and views were amazing. I didnt know what to expect booking with vrbo since this was our first time but since it was such a easy, successful and flawless experience I will start booking through vrbo instead of hotels. Nice Weekend Get Away

We loved how quiet things were after spending the day on the Strip in Las Vegas. It was nice to not have a million people around. The Mexican restaurant within walking distance was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own soap/shampoo, as there was only one set of small toiletries for 3 people for 2 nights.

Beautiful area and view. If you are looking to be away from the strip.

The location is beautiful and quiet. Finding the unit was a challenge. The unit was clean with some issues. Unit needs some maintenance and upgrades. Overall our stay was nice.

Going to the Chapel, someone else got married

The accommodations were very nice. We had a great stay. The building was quite, easy to access and just as it was listed. One thing that would have helped me would have been to have communication from the renters more in advance about their check in process. That being said I would gladly stay here again or recommend this Vrbo.

First, the view from the patio is breathtaking. I sat out there to read and sip coffee daily. The condo is comfortable, clean, well decorated with all you need. The coffee and cream and sugar made for smooth mornings of relaxing. The hot tub was nice! We drove to Hoover Dam and hiked the Railroad Trail. Communication was good too. Easy stay. I would definitely come again!

Nice area, pool and hot tub top notch

Place was clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed after being downtown Vegas during the day. Bed was super soft memory foam. Open the patio door to hear the water fountains. A couple areas to improve: large stain on the carpet in front the elevator on the 3rd floor, and a couple stains on the carpet in front of the kitchenette inside the room. We were only provided 4 washcloths for two people for 5 days. Would have been nice to have 1 per day per person.

Best Vacation Rental, EVER!

My husband and I needed a two night stay close to Harry Reid Intnl for two nights, before meeting friends to drive into Utah. I happened upon this place online, and what an amazing surprise!!!! I knew the photos were great, but hand absolutely NO IDEA how spectacular the pool, the bridge that is a replica of one we have seen in Florence, Italy, the village, the restaurants, the activities, the music on the water, the infinity hot tub, the cleanliness of the condo, the balcony view of all of the above, and the excellent communication with the owners, Brian and Amy, would be!!!!! We have recommended them to all of our friends, and will most certainly be back!!! Highly recommend, as lifelong travelers who feel this is one of, if not THE BEST place we have EVER stayed! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We WILL be back! 😎

Safe and Quiet

My husband was in Las Vegas for a work trip. My daughter and I flew out at the end of the trip so we could visit some of the national parks. We were looking for a safe, family friendly area to stay. The condo at Lake Las Vegas definitely met all the criteria. There are restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. We did go in January so things were a bit dead, but that was to be expected. The view of the lake was beautiful. I just wish it has been warmer so I could enjoy my coffee on the balcony in the mornings!! All the amenities we needed were in the condo. Including a fan!! We use the fan for white noise when we sleep at night. The owner was responsive to my messages and checked in on us during the stay. We are thinking about flying out again next year and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lake Las Vegas Stay

Property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We had a lake view from our room and were very close to all of the shops and restaurants at the lake which was fun. Parking was free and plentiful. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Great condo in a great community

We really loved this condo and the community it is in is wonderful. They have a little store, great restaurants all right there, which is great after a full day of fun and you don’t want to go out again. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Quiet Comfort

The location was very convenient to all of the outdoor activities I had planned at area parks and waterways. Less than a 10-minute drive to the Lake Mead gate; I was there every day, if not just to drive through or catch a sunrise. Everything about the room was as pictured and described. The convenience of stocked kitchenware and a cooking range was so wonderful. The little village across the bridge was great for a quick stroll or to grab a meal or gelato. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages. Definitely a recommendation if you're looking to stay out of the city.

Great Location, Clean unit

We were here for a dance convention and competition at the Hilton across the lake. The unit had an excellent view and was in a great location. It was a really quick walk to the dance competition. Once we had the directions for checking in, these were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were quick to respond. The image online showed two beds so we were momentarily concerned when we walked in to one bed and a modular couch. There were directions in the cabinet for how to change the couch into another bed so it worked. This being more clear in the listing would have been nice but wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely rent this property again if we are back in town!

Very pleased

The studio unit was exactly as the photos indicated. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness, views from the balcony, the quietness and communication with the owners. The condominium complex has two buildings and is well maintained. The Lake Las Vegas area, with the lake and Italianate theme and greenery is attractive. It is about a half hour from Vegas proper and airport and not far from a national park and the stunning Valley of Fire State Park. I would definitely stay at this studio again if visiting in the area.
