The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Cafe in Tower 2 perfect spot for breakfast/lunch.

The Space:
Escape to your 1050 sq ft 1 BR suite and experience sweeping views of the strip from the 28th Floor balcony. A full kitchen, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.
