"Stay here with total confidence. Not only is the house immaculate and the pool refreshing, but the hosts are incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to help us navigate a booking mix-up, showing their true commitment to their guests. We felt so taken care of. A perfect stay despite the initial hiccup!"

The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was inoperable. The outside patio furniture or lack there of was terrible. The landscape was not very appealing. You couldn’t flush any toilet paper. The sofa was old and uncomfortable. The blinds were broken.

Let’s start with the worst issues not resolved: the hall bathtub upstairs has a drain leak that floods the ceiling and floor downstairs you can see they probably tried to correct as the ceiling has a cutout that was not yet patched and painted right next to waterfall. The property pictures prominently shows a full clean hot tub, it doesn’t work and it’s almost dry with no safety cover, owner response was it’s private and not part of rental.There are signs above every toilet that say no toilet paper allowed in toilet!There is not enough seating inside or out for 16 people, broken chairs everywhere. Not enough flatware for 16 & very few glasses.BBQ has no tools.Ice maker doesn’t make ice because owner has shut off supply valve and removed handle.Property is listed as in a different community than it actually exists.One bed downstairs is sagging in the middle like it has a broken box spring.The other bedroom downstairs has sun damaged badly warped blinds.The house served its purpose to house guests but it was not comfortable or inviting, we would not there ever again.The host communication was sporadic 2 days after initial complaint and she said she was out of the country.
