Guest access Our team responsible for maintaining the backyard may visit during your stay to inspect and perform landscaping tasks. Please be assured that our landscapers will go to the rear of the property and do not require or have access to the interior of the house. You won't have to do anything, as our team will handle everything. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities.
Other things to note • PET POLICY. Prior approval is required for pets, and additional fees will apply. The fee is $275 for up to 2 pets. If more than 2 pets are approved, there is an additional charge of $50 per pet.
• QUITE HOURS are 10 PM TO 8 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 10 PM TO 10 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
• NO SMOKING INSIDE. All our properties have a no-smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine.
• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Overoccupying the home will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.
• MAIL DELIVERY POLICY: We request that guests do not use our address for mail deliveries. Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay for door-to-door service. Our mailbox is not available for guest use. If you have packages delivered post or pre-stay, we cannot guarantee their security or retrieval.
• NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking.
• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against Las Vegas' ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older.
• EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check-in/out depend on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Early check-in: $25/hr. Late checkout is $50/hr.
BBQ Grill: Please note that propane tanks for the BBQ grill are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own, or they may use and refill whatever propane was left by previous guests.
Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine.
Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc.), as well as damages and house rule violations (smoking, parties, unregistered guests, etc.), will be deducted from your security deposit, which is $500 or more, depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.

Perfect location and proximity to everything we needed to see and do. Home has all amenities for a comfortable stay. We would use again when our travels take us to this area.
Such a beautiful house in a peaceful area. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. They were also very understanding about being late for check out due to an accident. I will without a doubt stay here again if the occasion arises.
My two sons and I live in 3 different places so met up in Las Vegas/Henderson. This home was perfect for different family members as we each had such a large private space. My small dog loved it too! It was so quiet to be able to relax and talk with each other. I would highly recommend it to a family group or group of friends!!
Spacious, comfortable, and very clean for our family weekend in Henderson! Easy to bring our two dogs and have a safe space for them. Our small dog got right thru the back gate when we arrived, but that was easily remedied by our blocking it off from his access. Well-equipped with plenty of towels, nice soft sheets, basic kitchen supplies, and comfy living space. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a very comfortable & nice property that had all the stuff we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with cooking gear. The house and location we're perfect for what we were doing. We would like to come back again next time we are in Henderson, if this location is available.
We used this house as our base inbetween Costco and job site! It worked out perfect! Empty garage to park was a bonus!

Do yourself a favor and don't rent it! Shower was moldy. Couch was dirty and stained. Blinds in bedroom broken. AC was burning and had to have part replaced. Called management company numerous times and could not reach them. They finally texted me back but would not call me. Spent hours texting with them and AC repair technician. Management company considered all resolved as they sent someone to recaulk the shower and clean the sofa. However they both could not be used for 24 hours after so I had use of both for 2 days of a 4 day rental. They felt it was normal wear and tear. I believe they should be checking their properties regularly and addressing these issues proactively so guest does not have to. It seems to be a big management company that owns many properties versus a perosnally owned rental that owners take pride in.
