As you enter this wonderful home, you will be greeted by beautiful open space and room for all . The updated kitchen is amazing and has enough room to entertain a large group. Right outside the window is the barbecue grill, with a buffet for all your cookouts. The heated pool will provide endless entertainment. If you’re not a swimmer enjoy the game room, featuring a poker table and foosball with a 55 inch TV with vintage arcade for all your entertainment needs. The upstairs offers four bedrooms away from all of the chaos to catch up on some much needed sleep, each room features its own TV. At night enjoy movies in the family room with a large 65 inch TV. For a night on the town there are plenty of amenities and several restaurants/bars close by. Tons of recreational activities as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer, which is only a 12 minute drive.

We had a great stay overall—this place is easily a 10/10 from a comfort and experience standpoint. The backyard and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of shade, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. A couple areas for improvement: we stayed for 10 days and the pool wasn’t cleaned during that time, which would have been appreciated. Also, the kitchen is quite understocked—only one wine glass, very few plastic glasses for pool use, and just eight plates total. That said, we really enjoyed the property and would absolutely recommend it. With a bit more attention to stocking the kitchen and maintaining the pool, this would be an exceptional rental.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a big group in Vegas for the NFR and this place was perfect. We started every morning in the hot tub/pool. The outdoor space is fabulous as we used the grill and enjoyed the nice weather. The beds were comfortable and the large closets were greatly appreciated since we stayed for 10 days. The host is easy to work with and I would love to stay again!!

Location of the house is great. We were a few blocks from the store and restaurants. Didn’t have any problems getting an uber to get us to and from the strip. Great pool and back yard.
