3 Bedroom Townhouse by the Strip

The cute townhouse is located across the street from UNLV and about 5-10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip.
This is a 3 bedroom townhouse with the living areas located downstairs and all 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The townhouse also features a small backyard with patio furniture and a BBQ Grill.
Downstairs you have the kitchen and dining area, living room, and a half bathroom. The living room has a 50" flat-screen TV and the sofa opens up into a queen sofa sleeper.
On the 2nd floor is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath. All TV’s are 4K smart.
The townhouse is located right across the street from UNLV and is very close to a lot of casual dining and shopping. The townhouse is also a short Uber ride away (between 5-10 min) from the Las Vegas Strip with world-class gambling, shopping, golfing, and dining.
The community also has a community pool and tennis courts at your disposal. The pool is open from May through September.
The townhouse just went through a complete renovation and is waiting to host you and your group for an enjoyable Las Vegas vacation.

Location was great for walking to Thomas and Mack. Living room with large smart TV very comfortable to hang out. Loud barking dog lives next door. Bunk beds in 3rd bedroom very hard. Beds in other two rooms were great. TV Remote control in 3rd bedroom not working Blow dryer in master bathroom not working. Minimal hand-washing soap in upstairs bathrooms Drip coffee maker missing main part…unusable. Not enough Keurig pods for 3 people

Property was not clean. Sticky bedroom floor and hair that was not ours in the showers. We communicated 3 weeks early to check in at 4 pm because of a meeting and they made no effort and so we checked in after our meeting at 1 am and it took forever for him to remotely unlock the door.

A few issues about the property
Hello I only have a few minor issues. The kitchen floors were dirty, the hairdryer was not functional the on and off switch is broker. A huge ball of gum(with hair) was on the top of the railing. The only remotes to the TV that worked was the one in the Master bedroom. The remote for the fan in the queen bedroom only worked on high. Check in and out was very convenient.

Great stay in Vegas
Property was great right near the strip and all amenities, the property was clean, comfortable beds and had everything you need unlike other properties we have stayed in. The property owner/manager was very responsive and answered all our questions. Showers/bathrooms amazing and the owner had left us soap, shower gel, makeup wipes it was a nice touch. Will definitely stay again and recommend the property. Thankyou Shelley and Steve
