We booked 2 adjoining rooms for our weekend in Vegas. The Rio is WAY overdue for a facelift. Common areas are dirty and dingy, didn’t smell good and just very outdated. Our rooms were filthy and decorated with furniture from 1995 - which has not been maintained at all. No water pressure on the 26th floor and it took forever to get hot water to the faucets. My tub had mildew in it and the shower controls didn’t work well. Carpets were filthy and the upholstered furniture was well stained. This was a guys trip - if our wives had been with us, we would have canceled the stay. Renters beware!!! Not worth the price.
