Just a 1-minute walk from Las Canteras beach and next to Santa Catalina Park, you’ll be in the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and public transport connections.



On-street parking is available on a shared basis. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Events and parties are not permitted. Please note, the building has no elevator; access to the third-floor apartment is via stairs only and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. Enjoy the famous Las Palmas Carnival, local festivals, and events year-round, as well as water sports at the nearby beach. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm to respect neighbors.

Un precioso estudio, magnífica ubicación, nos recibieron muy bien.

Pros: Nos encantó el apartamento estudio, estaba céntrico, nada más salir teníamos al lado la playa de las canteras y el parque Santa Catalina. Nos recibieron muy bien informándonos de lugares de interés y recomendaciones. Recomiendo esta estancia y a los anfitriones.
