Everything about this hotel and the people that run it is amazing. Bed and Bedding are great, firm mattress, soft linen, and great pillows. The location makes everything you may want to see walkable. And the staff is very helpful. Great Stay!

The perfect place to stay! A very warm and friendly welcome got the holiday off to a great start. The place was very clean, quiet, and relaxing and it was great having a balcony too. I'd really recommend staying here. It's a great location, nice and safe and quiet. A short walk to the closest beach and not too far from the main beach and restaurants.

We stayed for one week at this wonderful, boutique hotel. It's in a quiet, residential area. Elena is an excellent, kind host who made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is within easy reach of numerous cafe's and very nice restaurants. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

I agree with all the reviews. This unique hotel is clean and centrally located in Las Palmas. The staff are amazing and made us feel right at home. The special attention, wit and joy from Marisa was the icing on the cake. As a North American traveler we did miss not having a coffee maker in the room, but quick run downstairs in the morning and Marisa obliged with an expresso coffee to go! Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel last minute for 6 nights and couldn't have chosen a better place! Elena and her daughter are amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They even prepared maps with highlights to show us the most interesting places and helped us book tours. The hotel's location is perfect – it's a quiet spot in the heart of the city, just 20 minutes by bus number 60 from the airport and bus number 1, which takes you to the most famous tourist attractions. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping. We highly recommend it. Thank you Elena❤️

Beautiful, clean and friendly family-run hotel. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxed haven in Las Palmas.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, situata in zona residenziale (ciudad jardin) silenziosa e tranquilla, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla playa de Las Canteras e dal centro. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile a dare utili info sui punti di interesse della città. Il parcheggio, con la giusta fortuna, si trova in alcune vie adiacenti dove non sono presenti le strisce blu a pagamento.

Beautiful hotel, clean but the best was Marisa, a fantastic Hostess , nothing was too much trouble, always smiling and with a wonderful person approach attitude, highly recommend and will definately return , thanks once again Hotel hermoso, limpio, pero lo mejor fue Marisa, una anfitriona fantástica; nada era un problema para ella, siempre sonriendo y con una actitud maravillosa hacia las personas. Tilbaketrukket privat luksus

Trivelig, lite familiedrevet hotell i rolig boligstrøk som ligger i 20 min. gangavstand til sentrum og ca 45 min. å gå til gamlebyen Vi hadde taksuiten med egen takterrasse. Enkel, kontinental frokost, samt kaffe og litt snacks tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Velholdt og moderne sted med flott kunst på veggene. Utrolig blid og velvillig betjening (eier). Man kommer og går som man vil med nøkkel til port og ytterdør. Kort til både bybuss og buss til hele øya om man vil ta en tur til solrike strender lenger sør. Her fikk vi både storbyferie i urbane Las Palmas og solferie i ett. Anbefales!

Friendly and caring

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel February 2020 - after our flight back home was cancelled due to the calima - waiting for a new flight. We felt so incredibly lucky to find this friendly place! Marisa is a lovely and caring hostess, who warmely welcomed us in the middle of the night, and took care of us in the most friendly and generous way. The place is close to the city centre, yet piceful and quiet. It will definitely be my first choise when returning to Las Palmas.

Dette lille, nye hotel skal opleves.

Dette lille, nye hotel ligger på en rolig vej tæt på havnen. Det er meget smagfuldt indrettet, og man føler sig virkelig hjemme og bliver taget godt imod af Marisa, som gør alt for, at vores ophold bliver en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Værelserne er komfortable med gode madrasser, lille køleskab, maskine til Nescafe og vand på flaske. I den hyggelige stue blev morgenmaden serveret. Den er inkluderet i prisen, selv om det ikke står på hjemmesiden. Desuden står der frugt og kiks/kager fremme til fri afbenyttelse hele dagen. Vi nød vores ophold og følte os hjemme i de smukke omgivelser hos Marisa.
