Very clean hotel 2 min walk from beach

Lovely small hotel, id say recently renovated, very clean, rooms cleaned daily, staff very friendly, less than 2 minute walk from beach strip and close to city centre

We gave stayed here on a number of occassions and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious and onmy a very short walk to Las Canteras. We will definately be back.

Always our first choice

This is our first choice hotel when staying for a short break in Las Palmas. The reception area is bright, clean and fresh smelling. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with complementary tea, coffee and sugar. The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

A good place to stay

Stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot Pros: *Close to the beach *Nice rooftop terrace *Clean *Helpful and friendly staff Cons: *No lobby/rooftop bar, there is however several stores out on the street and you can bring it to the rooftop. *The machine in the lobby only take coins *No view from the room window *Don't bother with the breakfast, you can get way better for €9 All in all had a great stay!

A well located hotel with everything on your doorstep. Room was spacious with good storage. Loved the shower,big mirrors and good make-up mirror and hairdryer. Delighted room had a kettle, cups, glasses and tea/coffee facilities were replenished daily along with bottles of water. Daily maid service and fresh towels provided. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and relaxing on the rooftop solarium which was very peaceful yet you could still see the ocean and beachfront. Would go again and book room with a balcony for outside space. Helpful friendly staff throughout whole holiday.

A Good Value

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and many restaurants and shops. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Santa Catalina bus station for airport transfers. The rooms were clean and comfortable but very basic, with no bathroom toiletries provided. The wifi signal was very weak during our stay. Housekeeping was somewhat irregular: some days we received bath towels, other days we did not. The reception staff were efficient but not overly friendly. If you arrive early, the staff will not give you the room before 3 p.m. The breakfast is very limited with no fresh fruit, cheeses, yogurts, or cereal on offer. Also, breakfast is not served in the hotel but instead is served at a nearby restaurant.

The rooms were great, the roof top was very nice and the location was fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The receptionist on the front desk “Saskia”, was very nice and extremely helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend Lemon and Soul Las Palmas.

Great short stay

Booked this hotel for a short stay in the city. Never been to Las Palmas before so no idea on location etc. We were delighted with our stay. The hotel is right next to the main beach, Las Cantatas, with its fantastic long promenade to walk along. Lots of restaurants and bars. Bus stop nearby to get around the city. Perfect location.

Fabulous

Perfect location. About 20 yards from the beach and the promenade, with restaurants and cafes. There are some shops in the area. The hotel was super. So comfortable and the room was bright and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here but skip the breakfast next door as it is greatly overpriced and there are plenty of other places
