Gorgeous architecture!

A great place very convenient for the shops cafes and bars of the calle triana area and a short walk to the old town and the beaches. There is a 24 hour car underground car park just 5 minutes walk away (€19). The building has amazing architecture with rooms off a corridor that surrounds a shady open courtyard. Our large airy room was on a corner with three beutiful tall shuttered windows. Breakfast was left out for us with different breads cakes and cereals with cheese, hams etc left for us in our designated basket in the fridge for us to help ourselves in the morning. The only downside is we suffered a little from traffic noise early in the morning but it didnt stop us from enjoying our stay.

La casa es encantadora, guarda el estilo modernista aunque reformada. Personal mejor que 10, excelencia en el servicio y calidad en el desayuno, café, zumo de naranja , tortilla o huevo recién hecho. Sin embargo la infraestructura carece de insonorización y se oye todo. Ubicación céntrica perfecta aunque con ruido de tráfico.

Fantastisk frukostbuffé . Trevligt att ha tillgång till köket dygnet runt med en egen låda i kylskåpet. Värdparet gjorde verkligen allt för att gästerna skulle trivas. .Rent och välstädat. Bra wi-fi. Visst trafikbuller dock.

I booked a room from Expedia, payed, received a confirmation email from Expedia... and when I got there in the evening, there is no reception, nobody to give you the key, just a locked door. I didn’t have à Spanish phone, so, I had to stop somebody in the street to beg them if they could call the number indicated by the door. And when I finally reach the owner, she told me she has no room available! It was dark, I had no phone, and had to look for another place late in the day, with my luggages, roaming the city in order to find another place to stay. Really unprofessional!

Fijne bed and breakfast vlak bij stadscentrum

Prachtig historsch pand met kamers rond een binnentuin. Mooi gerenoveerd; ruime kamers met hoge plafonds, authentieke details en frisse inrichting. Prima verzorgd ontbijt, zeer behulpzaam personeel. Op 5 minuten lopen van voetgangersgebied Triana met veel leuke kleine restaurants; 15 minute lopen van oudste stadsdeel.

Accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte qui tient à faire de ce lieu un endroit convivial. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons, l'hôtel est magnifique et décoré avec goût . Cependant il n'est pas toujours commode de partager les sanitaires qui sont sur le pallier, mais sont tout de même très propres. L'hotel est situé en plein centre, c'est donc assez bruyant, mais aussi très bien placé pour découvrir le vieux centre de las Palmas.

Une pépite au cœur de Triana

Très belle maison typiquement canarienne décorée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu choisir notre chambre, elle était très grande, confortable et originale. Seul bémol elle donnait sur la rue très bruyante le matin mais ça n’enleve rien à son au charme. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme, des chambres au rez de chaussée sont disponibles. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés servis par des hôtes extrêmement sympathiques et prévenants. À quelques minutes à pieds de la rue principale du quartier de Triana, idéal pour visiter la vieille ville. Places de parking payantes aux alentours. Une pure merveille !!
