"Gracias Lisa y personal por su ayuda. Ellas guardaron nuestro equipaje después del check out, estuvieron pendiente de nosotras. Lisa nos dio buenas referencias de restaurantes los cuales fueron excelentes! Nuestra habitación grande y limpia con vista a la iglesia. Hotel céntrico y se puede caminar a todos lados. La basílica de Veracruz está bastante cerca del hotel. Gracias Lisa por sus atenciones."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. L’endroit est très calme, reposant et idéal pour se détendre. La piscine est un vrai plus !Susannah est très sympathique, accueillante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin merci. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cette villa !"

"Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Desde el primer momento nos recibieron con muchísima amabilidad y nos enseñaron toda la vivienda con mucho detalle. Fueron muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento.El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, olía muy bien y estaba cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Es un lugar precioso, muy cómodo y perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones.Sin duda lo recomendamos al 100 %. Volveremos con muchísimo gusto. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!"

"Good location, but not easy to find initially, front entrance on the side above a restaurant. Advertised with breakfast available, not the case, there is a cafe fronting the street where you can get food. A bonus that the hotel has on site parking, but anything other than a small family car, you would struggle to get in & out. Damage my car trying to access the lift to the street, due to not being able to get straight on to the car lift. The accommodation was 1st class, spacious, clean & comfortable."
