Mexican Spanish Style House located in a safe cul-de sac neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown. This house offers 4 rooms, access to living room, kitchen, dinning room, washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms for 8 adults Parking is directly in front of the house. Please note that this is a Duplex house. It has a studio to the right and another studio on the back yard. When your rent this house it comes together with the studio to the right and the studio in the back yard is somethimes been ocupied by one person. Please note that the app is not accepting more pictures at this time, so you only can see a picture of the bathroom in the studio, but it is fully equiped with refrigerator, microwave, california king size bed and more. I didnt like that we had to park on the street, almost directly behind the neighbors truck, cause of the lack of parking space.

No AC so we couldn’t stay

Arrived around 3 pm at bnb. I had surgery scheduled at 7 am next day. Host was at the house. The AC was not working, temp in Las Cruces at least 94 degrees. She offered to bring in a fan! Said didn’t realize the swamp cooler wasn’t working even though it was set on high. Unbelievable. She did refund my money but beyond stressful for me as we had to find somewhere else to stay late in the day. Not my idea of acceptable with surgery the reason I booked in first place. Wouldn’t try this place again. I really can’t rate this at all
