Desert Pool Oasis located in the heart of Las Cruces

We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.

Three bedroom, two bath, two car garage located in the Mall Hill Estates in the heart of Las Cruces. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Mesilla Valley Mall. The property features an in-ground pool, open concept layout, double-sided gas fireplace, central air-conditioner and heating, new tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The grounds have a tropical theme featuring; several palm trees, a vegetable garden, a composite deck, gas BBQ grill and outside dining table for six. There is also a shaded pergola with seating for six overlooking the pool. The backyard is truly a private oasis, featuring mountain and sunset views. Two sun loungers next to the sparkling pool (heated on request for additional charge), and underneath the palm trees finish out the perfect backyard. This house has been completely remodeled and updated inside and out. All bedrooms plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with walk in closet, and bedroom three features one trundle bed with two singles. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and Dish TV as well as an attached two car garage with access code. The open living area features a 55 inch flat screen TV DVD home entertainment system, new leather sofa, and two reclining chairs. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly an oasis in the desert.

There are security cameras on the outdoor premises for the safety of our guests.

Perfect Las Cruces Getaway

We absolutely love this home. It is super clean, has all the amenities you need. Beds are comfy, tubs and showers are great. The pool area is cozy and clean. Hosts are very responsive. We have stayed here several times and will continue to book this home.

A bit disappointed

Everything was good and clean until the roaches. The sugar cubes has tiny roaches crawling inside the box and roaches in the main bedroom bathroom. Overall the property was beautiful and check in was very easy

A beautiful well layed out home. Very well layed out and equipped.

Everyone in our group enjoyed everything about the accommodations. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for sitting with our Morning coffee. Everything in the Kitchen was well layed out and functioned. We appreciated the labeling of the drawers. Please fix the Master Shower. Add channels the Master Bedroom TV.

Perfect for Family

We were in town for a few days visiting local family, and decided to rent a house instead of a hotel room so we'd have more space to spread out. This house was perfect, and in a great location - near the mall and restaurants. Everything was clean and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We loved having coffee on the back patio in the morning, surrounded by palm trees and the mountains in the distance. We had a few family members over for a cookout (with permission from the owner), and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Will 100% stay here again if we are back in Las Cruces. If you're looking for restaurants, we found a hidden gem nearby at Tiffany's Deli and Pizza - wonderful greek food and pizza!

We enjoyed it. The only thing that we didn't like was the remotes for everything. Some of the fans didn't work & the lights are too dim. We couldn't access the TV on the last day because the cable bill was not paid. We had to go out through the garage door because the front door didn't lock. No big issues. We enjoyed the pool after sundown & the neighborhood is quiet. Thank you!

A great house with a central location. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the house was clean and everything was labeled. I loved how easy the check in and check out process was. We visit family often in Las Cruces and will be back.
