I couldn’t have loved this stay more. It was genuinely perfect. The staff was incredibly kind about us parking a couple hours before check in! Huge bonus points to the parking being free. I don’t think there’s much like this in the area. It’s clean with amazing amenities. There were makeup wipes provided which was awesome considering I’d forgotten mine! The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. If you have mobility issues take that into consideration because it’s a small walk to the park through downtown Disney. However, I thought it was a perfect 10/10 stay.

Hot tub jets didnt work. Beautiful hotel but i booked for 5 nights and they wanted to charge me $30 for more towels since i guess expedia doesnt have room services like that?!? And although there was no resort fee there was a $300 hold though to be aware of. The beds and showers were clean but baseboards were yellowing and dusty. Could use a deep clean from time to time

"Only stayed for one night. It served our purpose. But I would not stay for any longer period of time. Pool was great. Location not bad. But it is very very outdated inside. Beds and amenities in the house very outdated. Lighting inside doesn’t seem to have the juice to power house lights AC works ..."
