"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. "Lovely old rustic farmhouse, full of character, quiet & comfortable. The unmade road is fine if you follow the instructions given and drive slowly. Hosts were very friendly, as were all the dogs! Had dinner on the first night which was excellent (soup, meatballs, chocolate dessert), then sat in the main house lounge by the fire - very relaxing!
