"Had high expectation to visit this place. The service was disappointing at the best. we were left alone on our self with zero help from the staff.. judging from previous review, the same problem still exist. I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service."

"One of Kongsbergs older properties but maintained and run perfectly with a first class breakfast, welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Only hiccup was having to pay Expedia and the hotel due to an unresolved booking issue. I’m sure Expedia will refund me. Very good option for Kongsberg and could not be closer to the reliable rail service. "

"Var ett flott hotell, men litt avsidesliggende når vi ønsket oss nærmere Kragerø. Savnet og terrasse, var varmt og ikke antydning til aircondition. Bare en liten elektrisk vifte på pulten. Middagen, buffet var helt nydelig stor utvalg av ferske varer. Frokosten var og flott og godt itvalg"
