Appartement toujours aussi appreciable pour notre petite famille, bien équipé, vue superbe. Le plus de cette année, parking souterrain au top, seul bémol obligé de partir à 9h30 au plus tard au lieu de 11h comme stipulé dans l annonce. Cet appartement reste l un des meilleurs de la station.

Je déconseille cette location l'été car le bruit est incessant de 7 h30 le matin à 21h. La vue est sur un parking de 200 places environ rempli dès le matin car plus de 2000 personnes par jour prennent les télécabines pour aller au petit train d'Artouste, vous avez le bruit incessant des télécabines et celui des moteurs de voiture, aucun calme. Vue sur le lac de Fabreges et non d'Artouste certes mais d'abord sur le parking. Le balcon très étroit ne permet pas d'y manger et on ne peut y être qu'à deux. Les plaques de cuisson ont fait leur temps et c'est bien compliqué de cuisiner malgré une vaisselle et une batterie de cuisine conséquente. Nous sommes très déçus et nous pensons que dans l'annonce vous devriez prévenir les locataires de cette affluence de touristes, du parking et du bruit des télécabines.

L'appartement, au pied du télécabine, nous a permis de faire une très belle semaine de ski en famille sur un domaine certes petit mais joliment agencé et offrant un paysage magnifique. Jolie balade en raquette à la frontière espagnole où il est agréable également de faire les courses.

Peu de magasins à proximité mais si on peut se contenter de charcuterie et de fromages, pas de souci. Le logement est bien aménagé mais laissait à désirer sur la propreté, particulièrement la vaisselle. Je l’ai laissé bien plus propre que je ne l’avais trouvé.

Le logement est très bien agencé et il y a tout pour passer un super moment en famille ou amis. Au pied du télécabine pour monter en station et au calme au bord du lac ! Idéal pour les enfants ! Je recommande les yeux fermés
