Holiday Home “Le Carnotzet Du Lac - Hauts d’Évian” with Lake View, Terrace & Wi-Fi

My house is located opposite Lake Geneva, on the Hauts d’Evian. You’ll be just minutes from the lake and Evian’s thermal baths, 30 minutes from ski slopes, 25 minutes by boat from Lausanne, and 1 hour from Geneva Airport.



The offered apartment occupies the garden level of the house and was recently renovated in a vintage 1960s style. You’ll enjoy the mineral ambiance of old Haute-Savoie farmhouses, modern comforts, and stunning views.



The village of Saint Thomas, at 790 m altitude, sits above Evian and belongs to the commune of Larringes. Like all mountain farmhouses, the house faces Lake Geneva and is built on a slope. The vacation apartment is semi-basement on the garden level.



The Carnotzet, a traditional gathering place for friends in Chablais and nearby Switzerland, has become a comfortable, vintage-style accommodation reflecting the spirit of Chablais stone farmhouses.



Due to the garden layout and apartment design, it isn’t suitable for young children.



You’ll have independent access to the apartment through the garage entrance, via the garden terrace.



The apartment features a spacious 26 m² living room with a functional kitchen area, a large 10 m² walk-in shower room (WC), a generous hallway, and a large 12 m² bedroom (queen-size bed or two twin beds 80/200).



The living room’s new BZ sofa bed offers a 130/190 sleeping space. Use of the BZ as a bed is available for an extra charge.
