This is a lovely, comfortable three bedroom villa situated in a brand new complex only 50 meters from the sea. It features spacious Greek style outdoors with a beautiful pool area and veranda for outdoor dining. There is a contemporary living area including a large kitchen with all appliances, dining and setting areas on the ground level. With satellite TV, DVD player and free internet connection, there is ample entertainment available. On this level are also one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower room. One more twin bedroom, family bathroom and en-suite master bedroom are on the upper floor. Sliding doors from both bedrooms open to a good size veranda with partial sea view, perfect for afternoon tea.

Lovely villa

Its a lovely villa, the management team were excellent and responded promptly to my queries. The microwave and fridge freezer possibly needs upgrading and the bbq definitely needs upgrading! All good otherwise.

Space for improvement regarding cleanliness

It would be very much appreciated if the villa is much more cleaner. When inside you see how sofa is dirty, shades probably never washed and the worst thing was a dishwasher filter which was very dirty with mold in it already as well.

Villa needs some minor maintenance & decorating to be classed as an exclusive villa, the villa location is amazing 50 steps an you walk straight onto the amazing Cyprus sandy beach. After 12.30hrs after the entire outside of the villa inc the pool is in the shade.

Villa Ioanna feedback

This villa needs much effort and maintenance to be really convenient for a family holiday. The villa was not very clean, the ants were walking in the kitchen bench in the bathroom and bedrooms. The yard and pool were full of bird feathers and residues coming from the roof top. Regarding the cleaning, the housekeeper came twice. Unfortunately, we cant recommend this house! However villas2let team for customer service tried their best and offer us a free weekend to a new villa due to the inconvenience caused.
