Apartments in Larnaca

"Nice"

"There are four apartments in this complex, all looking out to the beautiful pool deck. Each apartment has it's own patio with table and chairs, again overlooking the lovely pool. It is a few minutes walk to a black sand, shallow beach. Nice, white beaches can be reached at Agia Napa or Proteras within a 20 minute drive. The pool was always clean and warm. The apartments are located about 10 minutes from the city of Larnaca and are generally pretty quiet. There were some dogs in the neighborhood...

"No night time lighting on outside of building, the smell of cannabis & evening fights from the neighbours was interesting. The TV was connected to nothing & both beds need replacing. The kitchen equipment was good however the pots & pans weren’t useable. A nice short break ruined by unnecessary things "

"We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the unit smelled strongly of smoke, which was especially concerning since I was traveling with my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old. The owner was completely inaccessible, and the management staff did not speak English. Every time we raised our concerns, we were told they would “get back to us,” but no one ever followed up. Due to the unhealthy environment, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative...

"apartament seams to be new, but in both bead rooms there was a mould on the wall and on the window blinder. I can provide a pictures"

"The patio was as large as the apartment and a great view of the sea. The unit needs some work (bathroom smells) and the occasional bug will be seen but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything between two beaches and by great restaurants. "
