"Pictures/videos online almost seem too good to be true, but they don’t disappoint upon arrival. Great cleanliness in the rooms and a unique modern style to the rooms also. Food options were good, especially at breakfast and the hotel is located close to a beach (walking distance). For other excursions I would recommend renting a car. Would fully recommend and will be planning another trip in the near future. "

"An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again. Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping."

"The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"

"Our stay at the Lydia Maris in Rhodes was very nice. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This includes staff at the front desk, restaurants, bars and the pool staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were alway happy to have a chat. It’s location is in reach of lots of shops and it has a very good reliable bus service to some of the nearby tourist attractions. It’s a lovely hotel but I don’t feel it offers all the facilities of a 5 star hotel as there was no access to an iron, extra fees charged to use the safe. The rooms are a bit dated and need to be modernised but other than that a lovely hotel. "

"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. Could not do enough for you. 5 stars from me. "

"What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday. Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine. "
