  • Only two blocks from the university, with a gorgeous private outdoor living space and close to a city park. Recently renovated. Divided bathroom: vanity area is separate from shower-tub-toilet room for efficiency. Commercial style kitchen with glass top range, stocked with the tools you need to assemble a delicious meal. Tables inside and outside each seat six. Separate conversation area outside.

    Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. There may be guests in the unit upstairs; although the floor between is built for sound, you may hear footsteps occasionally.

    Three bedrooms: King, Queen, and twin with pull-out trundle.

    Separate laundry in building, outside and next to your kitchen door.

    City park with play area on the next block.

    No pets for any reason due to owner's extreme allergies. No smoking on the property.
