"A wonderful central hotel with modernised amenities, good location, great breakfast and very pleasant staff. Happy to stay here again."

"I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, the only thing letting the property down was the lift, it squeaked loudly every time somone used it, no matter what floor it was going to. This started at 4am this morning, 6am yesterday. Location was good. Room service was prompt, but limited to re-heated pots."

"We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel."

"Hotel looked much better on pictures. Rooms are in need of renovation, especially the doors and bathrooms. AC / clima system didn’t work properly, the room got very hot in the night and there was no possibly to cool down. The fan was only making a loud noise but there was no air actually coming out. Positive part was that the room was clean and water boiler and a Nespresso machine were available. "

"This was perfect for our overnight stay, I’ve stayed here before when it wasn’t a Kyriad. There’s on site parking and a good Chinese restaurant nearby. Breakfast was good and although there’s no kettle in the room, there are vending machines in the lobby. "

"The staff were all so helpful and went the extra mile to help our group figure out logistics, meals and more. "

"Very convenient for our time at the film festival. The fish tank in the lobby is a nice touch. "

"Great place to stopover. Extra star for being the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in which provides free toothpaste and toothbrush! Dishwasher would be good but otherwise great apartment and location!"
