this is a new studio condo located in saekyung village 1 marigondon beach rd lappu lappu .its close to the beach and plantation bay resort,there are 4 pools and a gym which you can use , the room has an aircon ,hotwater shower,tv,and has a kitchen with cooking appliances and untensils,there is also a casino near and its about 10 min from the airport and ferry terminals.very central and convenient to all tourist spots but also In a secure complex with security and its a quite and relaxed place to stay
