"i was assigned a room in 4th floor (no elevator) even though i am disabled person. Clerk lied and said there were no rooms in my cstogory in the lower floors, and that i had booked the asdigned room on the 4th floor. affter i informed her that i booked this catogory of room at the location before and my room was on the first floor the answer changed to all the lower rooms are full. Also clerk did not want to give me a reciept for the required deposit for the keycard. Only after much discussion...

"The place doesn't look like the photos posted online. Its all unreal. The beddings, the floor its all dusty. no tissues, no slippers like mentioned on postings. You guys, if you are a looking for a hotel near the airport, do yourself a favor and do not make any business with this hotel. The whole stay was terrible and inconvenient."
